Returns:

Due to being handmade to order, we don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

When will my order ship?:

All items are handmade by me / my team, and turnaround time varies. Unless an item is specifically listed as "ready to ship," it's being made specifically for you after you place your order! Shipping time (days in transit with USPS or other carrier) is in addition to turnaround time and depends on the speed of shipping you choose at checkout. 

  • Ready to ship items ship in 1-2 business days
  • Made to order items ship in 2-3 weeks 
  • Preorder items ship in 5-6 weeks
  • Combined orders (some ready to ship, some preorder) will ship together in the longer shipping window

Our goal is to move to all ready to ship items, but for now this hybrid model allows us to offer you more options and carry less inventory. Thanks for your patience!

Customs:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Lost and Stolen Packages:

We love our postal carriers! All orders are shipped with tracking information. Occasionally mail goes missing, but usually this turns out to be a delayed delivery that ends up arriving in a few days. If you are concerned please contact hammerandthread.co@gmail.com and we will do our best to try to help you locate your order. 

We are not responsible for shipments that are lost or stolen. It is up to the customer to file a claim with USPS for any items lost in transit. Once your order is delivered it is the sole responsibility of the customer. Please let us know if you need additional information to file any claims, and we will always do our best to help you!
