Returns:Due to being handmade to order, we don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Lost and Stolen Packages:
We love our postal carriers! All orders are shipped with tracking information. Occasionally mail goes missing, but usually this turns out to be a delayed delivery that ends up arriving in a few days. If you are concerned please contact email@example.com and we will do our best to try to help you locate your order.
We are not responsible for shipments that are lost or stolen. It is up to the customer to file a claim with USPS for any items lost in transit. Once your order is delivered it is the sole responsibility of the customer. Please let us know if you need additional information to file any claims, and we will always do our best to help you!
